Mr. Kilgore, Principal of R1 America, has been in the in the commercial development arena for over 35 years. Realty 1 Richmond Headquarters, Rcon 1, and R1 Interiors are now subsidiaries of R1 America. These entities have successfully completed over 3 million square feet of commercial developments. Our resume includes retail, restaurants, office, medical, large industrial and commercial interiors. Very simply, our vision is to Transform business via real estate. Dillon Kilgore:

As a recent graduate from Texas Tech University, Dillon joined forces alongside his father. Dillon’s main objective is to maintain a challenging position in commercial development that allows him to utilize his skills and knowledge to contribute towards the growth and success of R1 America. Every day is a new way to learn and adapt within the commercial development world in hopes of following in his father’s shoes. With a bachelor’s degree of business management, Dillon serves in the capacity of Managing Partner for R1 America. Dillon supervises the overall design process and construction of each project, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the company.

Saad Rathore is a highly accomplished financial services professional with a strong background in investing and executing risk-taking initiatives. His expertise encompasses navigating complex financial landscapes, optimizing returns, and effectively managing risk.

Saad possesses a deep understanding of the evolving fintech landscape, with particular interests in AI-based machine learning trading, quantitative investing, and asset pricing. He brings a forward-thinking perspective to our investment strategy, playing a crucial role in designing and implementing project financing initiatives that drive robust return optimization and sustainable growth.

His extensive career includes research at a bulge bracket sell side firm, and roles within buy side Investment Management, where he honed his expertise in various aspects of finance and investment, particularly in pioneering financial strategies. Furthermore, Saad has shared his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of financial professionals as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Rutgers Business School.

Prior to his current role, Saad has also served as a risk advisor to numerous entities, collectively managing over $40 billion USD, demonstrating his proven ability to analyze and manage significant financial exposure. He also led the development of a brokerage and investment platform for a publicly traded company, emphasizing innovation and technological leverage.
