Joe Kilgore:

Mr. Kilgore, Principal of R1 America, has been in the in the commercial development arena for over 35 years. Realty 1 Richmond Headquarters, Rcon 1, and R1 Interiors are now subsidiaries of R1 America. These entities have successfully completed over 3 million square feet of commercial developments. Our resume includes retail, restaurants, office, medical, large industrial and commercial interiors. Very simply, our vision is to Transform business via real estate. We accomplish this by providing our tenants with all the tools necessary to be successful in the communities we develop.

Dillon Kilgore:

As a recent graduate from Texas Tech University, Dillon joined forces alongside his father. Dillon’s main objective is to maintain a challenging position in commercial development that allows him to utilize his skills and knowledge to contribute towards the growth and success of R1 America. Every day is a new way to learn and adapt within the commercial development world in hopes of following in his father’s shoes. With a bachelor’s degree of business management, Dillon serves in the capacity of Managing Partner for R1 America. Dillon supervises the overall design process and construction of each project, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the company.

Vijay Goyal:

A lead investor in commercial real estate, multifamily and single-family homes for over 15 years. Vijay comes with deep understanding of Investor Relation and financial experience of over 20 years.


Vijay oversees the site acquisition, market research, commercial development, strategic planning & design, risk management, financial management, supervising daily operations and maximize the ROI for the investors. Vijay’s long term vision is to develop a commercial real estate firm that is energy efficient, sustainable & use integrated technology for smart buildings and automation.

Lead investor and co-founder of Jagodaya, bringing nearly two decades of experience in financial services, alternative investments, and investor relations across the United States. He specializes in structuring and managing asset-backed investment opportunities, focusing on real estate syndications and private market strategies. He helps investors access institutional-quality investments that deliver long-term growth, income, and portfolio diversification.


At Jagodaya, Uday drives investment strategy, operational oversight, and investor relations, ensuring transparency, disciplined execution, and consistent communication throughout every opportunity’s lifecycle. He works closely with investors, providing clear insights on strategy, performance, and risk management to build trust-based relationships that enable scalable wealth-building solutions.


Throughout his career, Uday has educated and advised thousands of individuals and families, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to participate in alternative investments. His leadership is defined by integrity, accountability, and measurable results aligned with investor objectives.

Jagan Dodda:
An accomplished entrepreneur, investor, business coach, mentor, and technology leader with nearly three decades of experience across the United States. His diverse background in financial services, real estate, retail, technology, and alternative investments enables him to identify and execute asset-backed opportunities that deliver sustainable, long-term value.

As a do-it-first investor, Jagan commits his own capital to every qualified opportunity before inviting others to join — reflecting his deep conviction, transparency, and alignment with his partners. Outside of his professional pursuits, Jagan has been happily married for over 26 years and is the proud father of two: a son pursuing medicine and a daughter studying at Texas Tech University. He believes true financial freedom begins when your money works for you — not the other way around.
